Cocos2d-x v3.13.1 and Cocos Creator 1.2.2 released

This is a big release and highlights the following:

`Label` color was broken
applications will crash in debug mode if you don’t specify a design resolution
may crash if coming from background by clicking application icon on Android
`AudioEngine`: could not play audio if the audio lies outside APK. Also `AudioEngine::stop()` will trigger finish callback on Android.
applications would crash if using `SimpleAudioEngine` or the new `AudioEngine` if playing audio on Android 2.3.x
`object.setString()` has not effect if passing a number on JavaScript bindings

Cocos2d-x v3.12 is out. This is a big release and highlights the following:

This release brings bug fixes and API maintenance, as well as:
* fixed Android performance issues
* add experimental VR support
* add Tizen support
* Web engine performance improved in WebGL mode
* support obb extension on Android

Logitech gaming SDKs by Logitech

This runtime plugin links to our .libs which find and load our SDK .dlls shipped with Logitech Gaming Software. LGS and the SDK .dlls are responsible for all the work done to communicate to each of the devices. We designed this loading scheme to allow for older versions of our .lib to have support for newer devices by upgrading LGS. This takes the burden off the game developer by shipping a smaller .lib and also ensures future support.

Unreal Engine 4.11 has been released with tons of updates

This release is packed with many new features and numerous performance optimizations. Performance has been a big focus for us as we prepare to ship our next game, Paragon. Several new rendering and animation features focused on rendering realistic characters are in 4.11, as are new audio features and tools improvements. UE4 continues to push VR forward with improvements to VR rendering and support for the latest SDKs so that you can ship your games as VR hardware becomes available to consumers.

Substance for Unity 5: Creating PBR textures for environments and characters.

unityLogoIntroduction: This introduction presents the content that will be covered in the Substance for Unity tutorial series, created by Allegorithmic.

The Substance for Unity series will cover using Substance Designer and Substance Painter to create PBR textures for a character and environment assets, and will cover utilizing materials and textures from Substances with Unity’s PBR shader.

The lessons are divided into 3 chapters: understanding PBR and using the PBR Shaders in Unity, using Substance Designer to create a modular substance for a rocky ground material, and using Substance Painter to texture a character and then exporting the necessary image maps to Unity.
